高等法院本週二（10/14）台鐵火車趴事件民事案二審開庭，性權團體將前往場外聲援當事人，捍衛人民情色集結的自由。

2012年，一場由民眾自主集結的台鐵火車趴遭媒體惡意揭露，眾參與者遭連日的道德輿論轟炸批鬥，掀起社會集體的性恐慌，揪團人蔡育林不僅遭惡法入罪判刑，台鐵更趁勝追擊，稱火車趴導致「商譽受損」，加碼對蔡育林提告民事求償。

台鐵在對外說明案情時，為了強辯「火車趴」必然損其商譽，數度採用各種強化性污名的說詞，諸如「女性乘客將對車廂產生陰影」，或以「碗一旦裝過大便，洗了還是不能用」為喻等等，彷彿人們面對性從來就只能避之惟恐不及。卻無視原先乏人問津的台鐵客廳車廂，營業額在火車趴事件後連翻三倍，甚至有旅遊行腳節目特地以「重返火車趴場景」為名錄製節目。 在上一次的開庭中，一審法官無條件接受了台鐵的說詞，判決出爐後蔡育林立即提出上訴。 

10月14日，本週二上午9點30分，本案二審將於高院開庭，性權團體將再次前往聲援蔡育林，並且繼續提出「呼籲司法回應多元，台鐵立即撤告！」等訴求，行動結束亦會進入法庭旁聽。 邀請大家持續關注此重要案件，並且盡量參與，展現我們捍衛性權的決心！
