9/28民陣參選記者會

可能有朋友已經有注意到，日日春協會這次選舉有四位工作者都有登記參選。兩位參選里長、一位參選台北市議員、一位參選高雄市議員。更有些比較熟悉日日春長年發展的朋友，會發現，我們的參選和一般「凍蒜！凍蒜！」的選舉不一樣，我們不求速成選上，所以沒有插旗、沒有廣告（我們也沒錢啦…）

我們更希望，透過直接參與選舉，自己的權力自己拿，自己的政治自己搞！參選不該令人一想到就倒彈、好像押人赴刑場那樣的慘烈。普通的小老百姓也該有政治的話語權！

以下是9/28民陣參選記者會上，日日春工作者蕭怡婷（庄島以良子）的發言：

我是蕭怡婷，在日日春協會工作八年，台灣法律是禁止娼妓的，不分國民兩黨執政，『性』要在婚姻內才是正常的，即使窮到需要賣淫才能養家，國家也不允許。

目前大家可以接受合法的酒店、按摩店裡偷偷作性交易，但不能接受光明正大賣淫的流鶯。性交易的社會污名，對鄰居也是壓力，但我認為不是沒有解決方法，而我參選就是要直接面對性與性交易。

在這裡我要公開說我們在揪「性交易義務仲介團」。第一個是，在社會裡沒有情慾對象的障礙者、單爸，可以有安心的資源管道。第二個是揪年輕學生與熟女的流鶯小姐合作，使用網路拓出生存的通路。

我參選萬華富民里里長，就是要和流鶯小姐們一起挑戰<只能做不能說>的性文化！
